Sogni Restaurant in Milan, just a few steps from Corso Genova, offers a refined blend of experiences enriched by music, drinks, and moments of conviviality.
An atmosphere full of people talking, laughing, joking, sharing, tasting, toasting, celebrating, and discovering. Winest designed the restaurant’s wine cellar, where bottles are stored while waiting to be ordered and served at the table. The storage room is kept at an optimal temperature for aging and preserving red and white wines, while the refrigerated unit maintains the precious collection of sparkling wines at serving temperature — ready to be uncorked.
The bottle racks are crafted from a black powder-coated metal structure, with wooden finishes on the shelves and vertical partitions. LED lighting and a resin floor in the same shade as the vaulted brick ceilings create an environment where aesthetics and functionality blend seamlessly.
